Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 40–50 telesales agents
• Drive B2C outbound sales performance and target achievement
• Monitor team productivity, occupancy, and average talk time
• Track and improve CSAT, AHT, SLA, and other operational metrics
• Conduct team shrinkage planning and attrition analysis
• Monitor leads allocation and agent-wise target achievement
• Identify and coach underperforming agents
• Prepare performance reports and MIS
• Ensure process adherence and quality standards
