Job summary

MRF is looking for a dedicated professional in Chennai to lead sustainability initiatives, including the preparation of BRSR and GRI reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 Years of experience in sustainability-related fields.
• Understanding of Climate Risk Assessments and Biodiversity Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of BRSR and reasonable assurance of BRSR core.
• Support in the preparation of GRI Based Sustainability Report.
• Assess upstream and downstream value chain partners.
• Participate in assurance processes for value chain partners.
• Monitor ESG Management Information System.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of BRSR and reasonable assurance of BRSR core
• Support in the preparation of GRI Based Sustainability Report
• Assessment of upstream and downstream value chain partners
• To take part in limited assurance process for value chain partners for BRSR Core indicators
• To prepare and monitor ESG Management Information System
• To prepare responses for OEMs Sustainability questionnaires
• To support in OEM ESG audits
• To work on EcoVadis, CDP (Climate, Water and Forest) submission
• Preparation of ISO 14064 Annual Reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge on: Sustainability Frameworks (GRI, BRSR), CDP (Climate Change and Forest), EcoVadis, Climate Risk Assessments and Biodiversity Assessments
• Good Communications Skills, Active team player, Ability to deliver presentation, Internal & External Stakeholder Engagement skills
• Bachelors/Masters in Sustainability/Environment/ Mechanical/ Electrical
• Experience - 5 to 10 Years
