Startup Ecosystem Engagement

• Collaborate with fintech, and relevant stakeholders tounderstand their challenges and support their development.
• Facilitate resources, networks, and market linkages to helpfintechs achieve their goals.
• Onboard stakeholders like other accelerators, incubators,startup consultants to execute startup related projects in regions across SouthAsia, South East Asia and Africa.

Fundraising and Proposal Writing

• Identify funding opportunities and craft compellingproposals in response to RFPs from international donors seeking consultants forfintech ecosystem development and engagement.
• Collaborate with MSC's sectoral domains-agriculture,climate, gender, MSME, and inclusive finance-and regional teams across Asia andAfrica to develop solutions leveraging startups and craft them into proposalsfor funders.

Program Management

• Design, implement, and oversee accelerator/incubatorprograms.
• Manage program budgets, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to fintech to drive growthand scalability.

Training and Capacity Building

• Develop and deliver tailored training programs for startups andecosystem players, focusing on business development and technical improvements.
• Conduct workshops and sessions to enhance skills, improveoperational efficiency, and promote best practices for startups.

Networking and Partnerships

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholdersacross fintech, investors, mentors.
• Manage MSC's WhatsApp engagement initiatives with startupecosystem partners
• Produce podcasts featuring industry leaders.
• Represent MSC at relevant forums, events, and industry conferences.
