Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth delivery of all soft services including housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, landscaping, parking, and customer experience operations. The role involves supervising daily activities across the premises, conducting cleanliness and safety audits, coordinating with outsourced vendors, monitoring manpower deployment, and ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and SOPs. The Assistant Manager handles tenant and customer-related service requests, resolves complaints promptly, and maintains a high standard of hygiene and ambience in common areas such as restrooms, food courts, and parking zones. The role also supports event-related operational requirements, ensures compliance with safety guidelines, assists in emergency preparedness, prepares daily reports, and liaises with various internal teams for smooth mall operations. Strong leadership, effective communication, and a customer-oriented approach are essential for this position, along with prior experience in facility management or mall operations.
