Eloelo is seeking an Assistant Manager, Social Media in Bengaluru to own day-to-day social presence and shape our brand voice across platforms. You will work with Marketing, Content, Creative, Product and Brand teams to boost awareness, engagement, community growth and product discovery.

The role demands understanding of internet culture, trends, short-form content and creator ecosystems, with a focus on high-quality, platform-specific content and timely experimentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and execution across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and other platforms for Eloelo Group's products.
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns and business priorities.
• Create and curate social-first content – reels, shorts, memes, carousels, stories and copy.
• Spot trends early and turn them into timely, relevant content.
• Build brand narratives around our products, creators and communities.
• Drive community growth by actively engaging with comments, DMs and conversations.
• Collaborate with creators, influencers, designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
• Track performance (reach, engagement, views, follower growth) and share monthly insights.
• Keep experimenting with new formats, hooks and distribution strategies.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Social Media who can help build the group's digital presence, strengthen our brand voice and create highly engaging communities across platforms.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, Social Media at Eloelo Group, you will own the day-to-day social media presence and contribute to the overall social strategy across our products and brands.

This is a highly creative and execution-focused role where you will work closely with the Marketing, Content, Creative, Product and Brand teams to create content that drives awareness, engagement, community growth and product discovery.

We are looking for someone who understands internet culture, trends, short-form content, creators and what makes audiences stop scrolling.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of short-form video, reels, memes, creator ecosystems and internet culture.
• Excellent content sense with the ability to identify what is likely to trend, engage and get shared.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to independently take an idea from concept → content → publishing → performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in consumer internet, entertainment, gaming, OTT, media or creator-led businesses will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with influencers and creators is a plus.
