Eloelo is seeking a Social Media Intern to plan, create, and publish content for Story TV, Master, Dolphin AI, and Connecto. You will craft reels, posts, captions, and short videos to engage millions of users and learn how content drives growth at scale.

The role offers hands-on experience across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and regional languages, with mentorship from Eloelo’s marketing team and potential for a full-time offer based on performance.

Qualifications

• A degree (completed or in progress) in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience; internships, college projects, and personal pages count.
• Strong grasp of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Indian internet culture.
• Basic video editing and design skills in CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva.
• Good writing in English and Hindi, plus creativity and trend speed.

Responsabilités

• Create reels, posts, stories, and short videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Spot trends, memes, audio, and formats early and adapt for our brands.
• Write captions in English, Hindi, and regional languages where possible.
• Support the content calendar and engage followers through comments and DMs.
• Help coordinate influencer and creator collaborations.
• Track content performance and share weekly learnings.

Role: Social Media Intern

Join our marketing team to plan, create, and publish content for Story TV, Master, Dolphin AI, and Connecto, and learn how content drives growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create reels, posts, stories, and short videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, using show clips, characters, and course content.
• Spot trends, memes, audio, and formats early and adapt them for our brands.
• Write captions in English, Hindi, and regional languages where possible.
• Support the content calendar and engage with followers through comments and DMs.
• Help coordinate influencer and creator collaborations.
• Track content performance, share weekly learnings, and research competitors for ideas.

Qualifications:

• A degree (completed or in progress) in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, Design, or a related field. Strong portfolios from any background are welcome.
• 0–1 year of experience. Internships, college projects, and personal pages count.
• Strong grasp of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Indian internet culture.
• Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Pro) and design skills (Canva).
• Good writing in English and Hindi, plus creativity, curiosity, and speed on trends.

Preferred:

• A personal page, meme account, or portfolio with real engagement.
• Interest in entertainment, OTT, and pop culture.
• Fluency in a regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, or Bengali.
• Familiarity with Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, scheduling tools, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or AI video tools.
