Job summary

Navlakha Management Services is seeking a Quality Management System specialist to implement, maintain, and continuously improve our QMS in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and conducting internal audits, ensuring ISO compliance, and driving CAPA and RCA-based improvements across departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong QA knowledge, be an Internal Auditor, and proficient in MIS reporting and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining QMS and QA processes.
• Certified Internal Auditor with hands-on audit experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Proficient in NCR, CAPA, RCA, and 8D problem-solving.
• Experience with MIS reporting, KPI tracking, and quality documentation.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and EHS requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Plan, conduct, and document internal quality audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards and organizational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 27001, as applicable to the organization.
• Identify, document, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and facilitate 8D problem-solving to address recurring issues and prevent their reoccurrence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve audit findings, process deviations, and compliance gaps.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, audit reports, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present quality performance data to management.
• Support risk assessments and ensure compliance with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Track audit observations, corrective action effectiveness, and closure timelines.
• Promote continual improvement, process standardization, and quality awareness across departments.
• Support external audits, certification audits, and customer audits, as required.
