Job summary

EXL in Noida is seeking an Assistant Manager - RTR to manage end-to-end Record To Report processes from a WFO setup in Noida (US shift: 8:30 PM–5:30 PM). The role requires 4–8 years in RTR and a B.Com/BBA/BMS degree, with strong SAP GL knowledge and intercompany experience.

The candidate will handle GL accounting, month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance across modules and teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR) and related accounting processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems with GL module expertise.
• Experience in month-end closing, journal entries, accruals and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Handle RTR activities including GL accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries and accruals.
• Perform month-end close and intercompany reconciliations with accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timeliness.
