WSNE Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai (Airoli) is seeking an experienced Manager / Assistant Manager/Senior Specialist for Record to Report (RTR/R2R) to lead end-to-end accounting processes, month-end close, GL entries and asset accounting.

The role requires 7–13 years of finance experience with strong emphasis on accuracy and internal controls. You will work with internal and global stakeholders on reconciliations, intercompany activity, and process improvements, including automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience with RTR/R2R processes and month-end close.
Strong GL and fixed asset accounting experience.
Knowledge of depreciation, amortization, accruals and intercompany reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end RTR/R2R activities.
Perform GL accounting and journal entries.
Handle fixed asset accounting including capitalization, disposal and depreciation.
Manage depreciation and amortization accounting.
Prepare and manage accruals and other month-end entries.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve items.
Support month-end and year-end closing.
Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
Support financial reporting and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and controls.
Participate in process transformation, automation and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Record to Report (RTR/R2R) professional to manage and support core finance and accounting activities. The role will involve month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, fixed asset accounting and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR/R2R) activities.
Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting and journal entries.
Handle Fixed Asset Accounting, including asset creation, capitalization, disposal and depreciation.
Manage Depreciation and Amortization accounting.
Prepare and manage accruals, prepayments and other month-end accounting entries.
Perform Balance Sheet and account reconciliations and resolve open items.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliation.
Support financial reporting and variance analysis.
Ensure accounting activities comply with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.
Participate in process transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with internal and global stakeholders to resolve accounting/process-related queries.
Support transition, migration and stabilization activities when required.
