Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and drive daily operations for the team, owning goals and policy compliance.

• Review MIS reports and maintain employee scorecards for productivity and accuracy.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strong cross-functional relationships.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Leader to oversee daily operational workflows, drive team performance, and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are met within company guidelines. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep expertise in operations, data management, software applications, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Ownership: Lead, mentor, and drive daily operations for the team, taking full accountability for team goals, targets, project closures, and policy compliance.
• Operational SLA & TAT Management: Monitor and maintain Turnaround Times (TAT) across critical operational metrics:
  • Maintain daily Work in Progress (WIP) within a 1.5-day TAT for the entire department.
  • Oversee invoice aging and ensure adherence to internal aging TAT benchmarks.
  • Track and resolve issue cases proactively, ensuring any case breaching the agreed-upon TAT is resolved with priority.
• Data & Performance Reporting:
  • Review daily MIS reports to evaluate previous day output against quality and efficiency targets.
  • Maintain updated employee scorecards for all team members to track productivity, accuracy, and overall performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Daily Routine

• Daily review of MIS reports for output accuracy and limit compliance.
• Tracking and escalation resolution for out-of-TAT issue cases.
• Departmental invoice aging monitoring.
• Department WIP control ($\le 1.5$ days TAT).
• Timely updating and review of employee scorecards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing a team in an operational role.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Operations, Data Management, and Software Systems. Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics is a strong advantage.
