Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in India is seeking an Assistant Manager - Quantity Surveyor to lead planning, billing and cost-management activities on diverse industrial construction projects with PEB structures.

You will prepare and verify BOQs, RA bills, final bills and work orders, track project costs and cash flows, and support contract management and reporting with cross-functional teams including procurement and finance.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–8 years' experience in planning, billing and cost management in relevant projects with PEB structure.
• Expertise in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP and ERP billing systems.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimation and contract management.

About the Role: Billing & Quantity Surveying – Prepare and verify BOQs, RA bills, final bills, and work orders for contractors. Cost Control & Budgeting – Monitor project costs, cash flows, and budget utilization, ensuring cost efficiency. Contract Management & Documentation – Handle scope variations, change orders, and compliance with contractual obligations. Coordination & Reporting – Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and finance while generating progress reports.

About You: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 4 to 8 years of experience in planning, billing, and cost management in food & beverage, FMCG, bottling or industrial construction projects with PEB structure. Expertise in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, and ERP billing systems. Strong knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimation, and contract management.
