  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, baseline programs, and milestone tracking.
  • Monitor project progress against schedules and generate progress reports and MIS.
  • Prepare and process client and subcontractor bills and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients for billing approvals.
  • Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and budget tracking reports.
  • Monitor costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and project progress presentations.
  • Track productivity and material consumption against targets.
  • Support change orders, variation claims, and contractual documentation.

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for planning, monitoring, billing, and cost control activities for commercial construction projects. The incumbent will support project execution by preparing project schedules, tracking progress, managing client and contractor billing, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely project reporting and financial control.

About the Role
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, baseline programs, and milestone tracking for commercial construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress against approved schedules and generate periodic progress reports, dashboards, and MIS.
  • Prepare, verify, and process client RA bills, subcontractor bills, and quantity reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients for progress measurement and billing approvals.
  • Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, cost estimates, and budget tracking reports.
  • Monitor project costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure budget compliance.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, resource planning reports, and project progress presentations.
  • Track project productivity, material consumption, and work progress against planned targets.
  • Support change order management, variation claims, and contractual documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of project records, billing registers, and planning reports.
  • Coordinate with Civil, MEP, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution and reporting.
  • Assist project leadership in project reviews, forecasting, and achieving timely project completion.
About You
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Planning & Billing functions within commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling techniques, billing processes, and cost control methodologies.
  • Experience in preparation of BOQ, quantity surveying, client billing, subcontractor billing, and project reporting.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, Advanced Excel, AutoCAD, and construction planning tools.
  • Good understanding of construction contracts, project budgeting, and commercial management processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
