Assistant Manager - Quality Control in Gear Manufacturing Industry

This role requires expertise in inspection processes within the gear manufacturing or gear cutting tools industry.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure tool quality compliance as per respective tool drawings.
2. Have knowledge of LEAD & PROFILE Graphs derived from CNC Gear Testers such as Klingelnberg P26/P40.
3. Possess comprehensive knowledge of instrument calibration.
4. Communicate effectively via email with various departments and customers.
5. Preference will be given to candidates with operating knowledge of Klingelnberg testers and experience in inspecting gear cutting tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Metrology.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
