Jobzz Planet in India seeks a Quality Assurance professional to establish and monitor quality control procedures for FMCG beverages. The role focuses on implementing QMS aligned with ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSAI, and related standards, ensuring SOPs, conducting in-process inspections, and driving corrective actions.

You will lead internal audits, coordinate external audits, manage complaints, perform sampling, and maintain audit-ready records to strengthen product safety and consumer trust.

Aufgaben

• Establish quality control procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSAI, HALAL, and other beverage industry standards.
• Oversee food safety protocols including CCP, OPRP, PRP, and ensure SOPs are implemented as per process flow charts.
• Conduct in process inspections: verify raw/packaging material COAs, batch records, and processing parameters.
• Lead internal audits (PRP, IA) and coordinate external audits (customer, third party, and supplier) Provide RCA and corrective actions for observations.
• Manage customer complaints and supplier complaints: investigate root causes, implement corrective/preventive actions, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure packaging material quality through supplier coordination, trials, and compliance checks.
• Conduct sensory evaluation and training for panellists to maintain product consistency and consumer acceptance.
• Monitor and review quality standards, policies, and legal compliance relevant to FMCG beverages.
• Keep accurate records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product safety, reduce non conformities, and strengthen consumer trust.
• Perform random sampling of finished goods and verify product quality and compliance before dispatch.
