Qualifications

• Graduate or master's degree in textiles; experience in TIC industry.
• Experience implementing and maintaining QMS per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Trained on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (4 days).
• Experience in Leather or Textile Testing Lab QA activities.
• Knowledge of audit handling, calibration traceability, SOPs, CAPA, and complaint management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage QMS, audits, quality control, and continual improvement of laboratory operations.
• Implement, maintain, and improve ISO/IEC 17025:2017 QMS.
• Review test reports and certificates for traceability to standards.
• Ensure quality of test results via IQC, ILC, PT.
• Manage non-conforming work, complaints, RCA, CAPA, and effectiveness verification.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Ensure personnel competency through training and supervision.
• Report QMS performance and improvement opportunities to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for QMS implementation, audit management, quality control activities, compliance monitoring, and continual improvement of laboratory operations.
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Quality Management System.
• Review test reports, calibration certificates, and ensure traceability to national/international standards.
• Ensure quality of test results through IQC, ILC, and Proficiency Testing (PT).
• Manage non-conforming work, customer complaints, RCA, CAPA, and effectiveness verification.
• Conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and monitor corrective actions.
• Ensure personnel competency through training, authorization, supervision, and performance monitoring.
• Report QMS performance and improvement opportunities to management.

Education & Experience

• Graduate/ Masters Degree any/ textile. Must have working experience in TIC industry.
• Experience in implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Trained on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (4 Days Training).
• Experience in Leather or Textile Testing Laboratory Quality Assurance activities.
• Knowledge of audit handling, calibration traceability, SOP implementation, CAPA, and complaint management.
