Job summary

TÜV SÜD South Asia Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a quality management auditor to conduct IATF 16949 audits for clients onsite. You will plan, manage and execute audit activities, and deliver detailed audit reports that drive improvements.

As part of the team, you will assess the effectiveness of client QMS, identify non-conformities, and communicate findings with practical recommendations. You will also train clients on IATF 16949 requirements and support certification readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical, Production or Automobile engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IATF 16949 audits for clients to ensure compliance.
• Plan, manage and execute audit activities with schedules and reports.
• Assess QMS effectiveness; identify nonconformities and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate audit findings and actionable recommendations to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices.
• Lead training/workshops on IATF 16949 requirements and continuous improvement.
• Assist clients in preparing for external audits and certifications.
• Maintain audit documentation in line with policies and regulatory rules.
• Help develop and refine audit tools, methods and procedures.

Your Task:

• Conduct IATF 16949 audits for clients to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Plan, manage, and execute audit activities, including developing audit schedules and creating detailed audit reports.
• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of quality management systems, identifying non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to communicate audit findings and recommendations, offering actionable insights for enhancing their quality processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.
• Facilitate training and workshops for clients on IATF 16949 requirements, audit processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support clients in preparing for external audits and certification processes.
• Ensure that all audit documentation and records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and refinement of company audit tools, methodologies, and procedures.

Your Qualification:
