Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield India is seeking an Assistant Manager - Property to plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of technical assets (MEP, HVAC, DG sets, fire systems, lifts). You will monitor operations and coordinate with contractors to minimize downtime.

You will lead a team of technicians, assist in budgeting, prepare technical reports, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and support energy-saving initiatives while contributing to CAPEX and project activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management of technical assets (MEP, HVAC, electrical systems).
• Strong leadership and communication skills for vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with CMMS and MS Office for reporting.

About the Role:

About You:

Strong knowledge of technical systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, HVAC, Fire & Safety, etc.).

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and vendor management abilities.

Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety standards.
