Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to review and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Civil activities for smooth on-site execution. You will review drawings, oversee site execution and ensure QA/QC.

Job Description Summary: This role is responsible for reviewing and coordinating all the Mechanical activities with Civil Activities and ensuring smooth execution. Also review of drawings, Site Execution and Quality Assurance and Quality Control is part of this profile.
Review the MEP / Electrical drawings are aligned as per the Project Requirements. Coordinate with Contractor for smoot execution of works. Coordinate with Civil activities for proper execution and sequencing of works at site. Quality Assurance and Quality Control is maintained for all the works.
8+ years' experience in Execution of Electrical works for Commercial and Industrial Project. Experience in drawing reviews and coordination of all MEP Services. Proven track record in site execution and alignment of works with respect to Civil Work progress at site.
