Job summary

A major industrial conglomerate in India is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Projects. Responsibilities include managing various projects, internal and external coordination, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and strong project management and communication skills. This is a full-time role with a mid-senior level position in the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience for B.E. candidates or more than 5 years for Diploma holders.
Basic knowledge of civil engineering and execution of transmission projects.
Adaptability – has the ability to maintain good performance and quality of work under pressure and is prepared to manage last minute changes.
Team player – has the ability to actively foster a good working environment among the team and build effective team relationships.
Coordination Ability – facilitates the flow of work for a process or procedure and has the ability to monitor or regulate those procedures and tasks.
