Job Duties
Job Summary
Responsible for a major section of the project, overseeing construction activities and certain commercial tasks.
Key Accountabilities
Planning
- Accountable for work execution and project monitoring and control of daily construction activities.
- Provide technical inputs for construction methodologies.
- Coordinate between different sites and synchronize their activities.
- Manage resource mobilization and sharing among various sites.
- Allocate tasks within teams based on skill profile.
- Prepare bills for payments.
- Estimate quantities and orders of materials for construction.
- Coordinate with client/consultant site representatives.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources (man, management, and material) and manage vendors, clients, and contractors.
- Handle material management for site and coordinate with store keeper.
- Co‑ordinate with quality and HSE departments to implement all health and safety measures.
- Ensure quality assurance and documentation.
Supervising
- Supervise all construction activities of all sites.
- Monitor progress of the project and update the project manager frequently.
