You will develop and oversee relationships with third‑party manufacturers, conduct audits, drive outsourcing strategies and cost-saving initiatives, and coordinate production with in‑house teams to ensure a reliable supply chain and a 100% fill rate.

Qualifikationen

• B. Tech or M. Tech in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
• Preferably in packaged food industry handled both Dairy and Non-Dairy products
• Must have experience working as a Plant In-charge, Plant Manager or TPM Manager

• Located at our Mumbai or Bangalore Manufacturing Plant with 50% travel across manufacturing locations
• Work Model: Onsite; 5 days/6 days a week
• Effective team management (Internal, External)
• In‑depth knowledge of various manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in MS Power Point and MS Excel
• Willing to travel 50% of the time
