Responsibilities

• Prepare annual production budget and monitor progress within budget and resources.
• Develop and execute plans to reduce non-value-added costs and improve yields.
• Ensure on-time delivery with high factory and supplier performance while controlling costs.
• Implement Four Quadrants (4Q) training and methods across the organization.
• Support customer visits to explain manufacturing capabilities and processes.
