Job summary

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electrical & Electronics or related field.
• 3-7 years of manufacturing/industrial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve process and quality issues in engine assembly and testing.
• Identify root causes for defects and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in new model static build, line setup and ramp up.
• Participate in capacity improvements through debottlenecking.
• Contribute to zero rejection initiatives and TPM in assembly/testing.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve concerns with the cross-functional team.
