Job summary

Godrej Industries Group is seeking a field-based Sales professional in India to drive Home Loans and LAP products for SEP and SENP segments. You will plan monthly and quarterly acquisition strategies, onboard high-potential DSAs, and strengthen DSA relationships to achieve regional goals.

You will coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations and other support teams to ensure smooth processing, timely status updates, and optimal TAT, while promoting cross-sell opportunities across

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of field-based sales experience in Home Loans or LAP products.
• Strong ability to plan and execute monthly/quarterly acquisition targets.
• Proven track record in onboarding and growing channel partners and DSAs.

Responsibilities

• Sell Home Loans and LAP products to SEP/SENP customers.
• Plan and execute monthly/quarterly acquisition strategies.
• Identify and onboard channel partners and DSAs per SOPs.
• Manage DSA relationships to drive growth and market penetration.
• Monitor distribution network and optimize productivity.
• Drive lead generation and conversions through promotions.
• Guide applicants through loan processes and documentation.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Ops, and other teams for smooth processing.
• Provide timely updates to customers and close queries.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with a service-first approach.
• Maintain MIS reports and sales trackers.

Job Description

• Sell Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products for SEP and SENP customer segments.
• Plan and execute monthly and quarterly customer acquisition strategies to achieve and exceed regional business goals.
• Identify, onboard, and develop high-potential channel partners, DSAs, and connectors in line with business plans and organizational SOPs.
• Manage, strengthen, and deepen relationships with DSA channels to drive sustainable business growth.
• Monitor and manage the distribution network to ensure optimum productivity and market penetration.
• Plan and execute sales promotion initiatives to enhance lead generation and business conversions.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and support them in completing documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, RCU, and other support functions to ensure smooth processing and optimum turnaround time (TAT).
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding application status and ensure closure of any queries or issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by adopting a customer-centric approach and delivering superior service standards.
• Maintain business databases, MIS reports, sales trackers, and periodic reporting requirements.
• Drive cross-selling of insurance and other related financial products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established business processes.
• Track market trends, competition, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
