Job summary

Motherson Automotive Technologies and Engineering (MATE) Pune seeks a Facilities Engineer to establish and upgrade production facilities for plastic interior and exterior automotive components. You will manage line balancing and implement ultrasonic welding processes to improve efficiency.

The role supports new product development, process improvement, and exploration of new technologies. Experience with plastic injection moulding components and SPM development is preferred; strong coordination

Qualifications

• Experience setting up production facilities and improving line balance.
• Knowledge of ultrasonic welding processes and SPM development.
• Experience with plastic interior/exterior components and injection moulding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Facility for plastic interior and exterior automotive components.
• Create and manage TSOs for M&M/TRSO-TML.
• Support new product development and process improvement activities.
• Explore scope for implementing new technologies.
