Job summary

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: follow safety protocols and regulatory standards; conduct audits and training.
• Process oversight: supervise wet chemistry processes to prepare silicon wafers for solar cell manufacturing.
• Chemical management: handle and manage chemicals, storage, handling and disposal per regulations.
• Process optimization: adjust concentrations, temperatures and immersion times for surface properties and cleanliness.
• Quality control: inspect and verify effectiveness of wet chemistry processes and wafer cleanliness.
• Documentation and reporting: maintain records of chemical usage, process parameters and inspections; generate reports for continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe work environment. Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.

Process Oversight:

• Supervise wet chemistry processes to prepare silicon wafers for solar cell manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.

Chemical Management:

• Handle and manage chemicals used in wet chemistry processes, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Process Optimization:

• Optimize chemical concentrations, temperatures, and immersion times to achieve desired surface properties and cleanliness of silicon wafers.

Quality Control:

• Conduct inspections to verify the effectiveness of wet chemistry processes in preparing silicon wafers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and surface quality.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, process parameters, quality inspections, and safety procedures. Generate reports to track process performance and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field

Work Experience (Range of years):

• Min 2 - 5 years of experience in wet chemistry Process activities, including chemical handling, batch processing, and process optimization.
