• Min 2-5 years of experience in wet chemistry process activities, including chemical handling, batch processing, and process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise wet chemistry processes to prepare silicon wafers for solar cell manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
• Handle and manage chemicals used in wet chemistry processes, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Optimize chemical concentrations, temperatures, and immersion times to achieve desired surface properties and cleanliness of silicon wafers.
• Conduct inspections to verify the effectiveness of wet chemistry processes in preparing silicon wafers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and surface quality.
• Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, process parameters, quality inspections, and safety procedures. Generate reports to track process performance and support continuous improvement efforts.

Process Optimization

Educational Qualification:
