Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] is seeking a production planning professional to manage engine planning and dispatch across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles. The role focuses on ensuring availability of machined IP components from shop to assembly and maintaining inventory per plan.

Key duties include ECN implementation, adherence to MRP guidelines, and safe, timely production and dispatch of new engine models.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years for Degree holder and 7-8 years for Diploma Holder.

• Engines dispatch on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per plan.
• Material shortage list availability to SCPC department on daily basis and monitoring material receipt as per shortage list.
• Dispatch of SPD components as per plan.
• ECN implementation as per RandD release memo.
• To ensure availability of machined IP components from Machine shop to assembly as per plan and their inventory management.
• To ensure Production and Dispatch of new engines model as per timeline.
• To ensure implementation of TMW and TMSW guidelines.
• To ensure safety (zero accidents)
