Expertise in Make to Order/Project Order planning and ERP systems is required, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Lead the production and planning team, align demand and resources to ensure business targets and safety standards are met, driving on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12–15 years of production planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of production and material planning.
• Experience in planning and executing project orders.
• Hands-on SAP PP & MM experience.
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Derive daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing to achieve revenue plan.
• Customer-focused approach with strong emphasis on on-time delivery.
• Analyze operations workload, capacity, identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
• Monitor production plan vs actual and implement corrective actions.
• Track and control inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and delivery performance.

• Strong knowledge in MS Excel and data analysis skills are mandatory.
