Job summary

Hydro Prokav Pumps India Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu is seeking an Assistant Manager - Planning with 12-15 years of production planning experience in pump manufacturing. The role focuses on Make to order/project order planning, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing to meet targets.

Lead the planning team to align demand with resources, ensure on-time delivery, monitor capacity, and drive continuous improvement in planning

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with 12–15 years' experience in planning.
• Strong knowledge of production and material planning.
• Experience in planning and executing project orders.
• Proficient in SAP PP & MM modules.
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Derive daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on orders and ensure the successful execution of production plan.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing teams to achieve the revenue plan.
• Customer-focused approach with strong sense of on-time delivery.
• Analyze operations workload, capacity, identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks which impact On-Time Delivery.
• Monitor production plan vs actual, identify the gaps, derive corrective and preventive actions.
• Track and control inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and delivery performance.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, results driven planning lead with 12-15 years in production planning for pump manufacturing. Expertise in Make to order/Project order production planning process and ERP systems. This role requires strong collaboration across the organization

• Hands on experience in SAP PP & MM module.
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel and data analysis skills are mandatory.
