Qualifications

• 2-5 years hands-on experience in PECVD operations within the solar manufacturing industry
• Focussed on process optimization and equipment maintenance
• Bachelor or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical required

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable deposition processes
• Address and resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns swiftly and analyze issues to prevent future failures
• Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve uniform and high-quality thin films
• Implement CAPA plans for major breakdowns to enhance equipment reliability
• Conduct inspections to verify thin film thickness and uniformity, maintaining high quality standards
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during PECVD operations
• Maintain accurate records of process parameters, equipment maintenance, and production outputs
• Lead and train technicians, fostering safety and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency in the diffusion area

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

• PECVD Machine Management and Operation: Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable deposition processes.
• Breakdown Response and Troubleshooting: Address and resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns swiftly, analyze issues to prevent future failures.
• Process Optimization: Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve uniform and high-quality thin films, improving solar cell efficiency.
• Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA): Implement CAPA plans for major breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures to enhance equipment reliability.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections to verify thin film thickness, uniformity, and adherence, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during PECVD operations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of process parameters, equipment maintenance, and production outputs and daily check sheet.
• Team Leadership and Training: Lead and support a team of technicians or operators, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the diffusion area.

Qualifications

B.Tech/ Diploma – Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Min 2 - 5 years of hands‑on experience in PECVD operations within the solar manufacturing industry, focusing on process optimization and equipment maintenance
