Stagwell Media in Bengaluru (Bangalore) seeks an experienced Paid Social Specialist to manage campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter for global clients. You will plan, build, optimize, and analyze performance against client goals and US team direction.

The role may grow into team leadership based on capability and results. Ideal candidates have 3+ years’ hands-on paid social experience and proficiency with DC/DCM, DV360, TTD, Sprinklr, and related ad-tech tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
• Experience on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter.
• Familiarity with ad trafficking and programmatic platforms.
• Ability to analyze performance against client objectives.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen Bangalore office capabilities in Paid Social and Display Advertising campaigns.
• Plan, build and optimize campaigns per strategic direction from US team.

Overview

ThePaid Social Specialistwould be responsible for managing advertising campaigns for clients in global markets, on various Paid Social platforms like, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and Snap to name a few. The individual will be responsible for planning, building, optimizing campaigns, and analyze performance based on client objectives. He/she may eventually also manage a team based on his/her capabilities and performance.

Responsibilities

We are looking to bring in an experienced analyst to support our social media efforts. The primary responsibility of this role will be to strengthen the capabilities of our Bangalore office as it relates to managing Paid Social Advertising and Display Advertising campaigns.

Primary Duties:

• Manage paid social campaigns based on the agreed-upon strategic direction provided by the US team members.

• Ensure campaign setup and delivery is aligned with the tactical plan and offer strategic and tactical recommendations to help shape future planning.

• Optimize media campaigns towards the target KPIs within various advertising platforms, including but not limited to:

• Facebook Ads Manager

• Instagram Ads

• LinkedIn Advertising Products

• Twitter

• Pinterest

• Snap

• Support the development of best practices in ad trafficking through DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM) for all display and paid social campaigns.

• Desired Experience - 3+ years of experience in managing Paid Social campaigns

• Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Snap, and Twitter

• Experience on Xing, Smartly, 4C, and Sprinklr

• DSPs and programmatic platforms

• Creative Studio, DV360, and TTD
