Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an attentive Team Leader - Outlet to help ensure efficient departmental operations in line with Hyatt's standards. You will assist the Outlet Manager to maintain quality service, guest satisfaction, and smooth daily routines in a dynamic hotel environment.

The role emphasizes courteous, professional, and flexible service with emphasis on problem solving, administrative accuracy, and teamwork needed to meet brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Support the Outlet Manager to ensure the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement.
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
