Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Hyderabad is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and optimizing outlet operations within budget and brand standards.

You will lead service staff, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with Hyatt International's policies while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Outlet Manager to run the outlet as a profitable center in line with brand standards.
• Ensure guest, employee and owner expectations are met while maintaining Hyatt International's quality and budgetary guidelines.
