Qualifications

• 6+ years in Solution Sales/Technical Sales within Barcode, RFID, AIDC, Industrial Automation, or Auto-ID industries.
• Experience in selling Barcode scanners, printers, RFID hardware, and related software solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

The ideal candidate should have experience in solution selling of barcode scanners, barcode printers, RFID hardware, industrial automation, and related software solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Solution Sales/Technical Sales within Barcode, RFID, AIDC, Industrial Automation, or Auto-ID industry.
• Strong knowledge of Barcode Scanners, Barcode Printers, RFID Readers, RFID Tags, Mobile Computers, Label Printing Solutions, and AIDC technologies.
• Experience in ERP/WMS integration is preferred.
• Exposure to Machine Vision, IoT, or Industrial Automation solutions is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and demonstrations.
