Job summary

WNS, part of Capgemini, delivers intelligent operations and transformation for global clients. This role requires leading end-to-end contract delivery for a key client, with deep AML program expertise including sanctions screening and transaction monitoring at L1/L2 levels, and managing a 20–40 person team.

The candidate should have 5+ years in FCRM, hands-on leadership, and strong English communication to coordinate with banks and FinTech partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial crime risk management or related operations.
• Experience in managing teams and delivering under contractual commitments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in WFM for planning and managing a 24x7 operation.
• Ready to work from office.
• ACAMS/CFCS/CFE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract delivery for a critical client with high quality and accuracy.
• Lead AML programs, specifically Sanctions Screening & TM (L1 & L2) processes.
• Collaborate with Banks, PSPs, and FinTechs to implement controls.
• Analyze problems and propose operational solutions to meet client needs.
• Act as SME to build expertise in the system for sustainability.
• Oversee 20–40 resources including SMEs, QA, Training and Production teams.
• Conduct governance meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end contract delivery for a critical client with perfection
• Experience in Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) programs supporting UK markets
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of AML Programs, specifically on Sanction Screening & Transaction Monitoring (TM – L1 & L2) processes
• Experience in working with Banks/Payment Service Providers/FinTechs
• Ability to analyze problems, situations and suggest solutions from an operations perspective.
• Ability to work with the team and deliver against contractual commitments
• Ability to act as an SME and build expertise in the system to achieve sustainability
• Analyzing and executing assignments/deals with high & moderate complexity
• Ability to identify process gaps and take initiative for client value creation
• Lead a span of 20-40 resources including SMEs, Quality, Training and Production resources
• Verbal and Written proficiency in English
• Ability to handle clients and conduct governance meetings
