Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Gurgaon, India, seeks an Assistant Manager – Finance to lead day-to-day accounting for complex projects, ensuring timely financial reporting and compliance.

You will manage GL/AP/AR, budgeting, and variance analysis, while handling GST/TDS compliance and coordinating with auditors and stakeholders. 5–8 years in finance with CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or M.Com and proficiency in SAP/Oracle/Tally and MS Excel are required.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com qualification required.
• 5–8 years of relevant finance & accounts experience.
• Experience in consulting / infrastructure / EPC / project-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting: GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure Ind AS compliance and statutory filings.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project cost control.
• Assist MIS reporting and management dashboards.
• Support internal controls, audits, and process improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

Position: Assistant Manager – Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliances and timely filings
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project-wise cost control
• Assist in MIS reporting and management dashboards
• Support internal controls, audits, and process improvements
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts
• Experience in consulting / infrastructure / EPC / project-based organizations preferred
