Sonepar India is seeking an Assistant Manager – OEM Technical Consultant to support on-site automation projects from Gurgaon. You will engage with customers to understand requirements, implement automation solutions, and troubleshoot live systems.

The role emphasizes visiting sites, delivering reliable technical service, and maintaining documentation to reflect site status and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Graduation preferred in B.Tech/Diploma in ECE/IC/EEE.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience; motion product experience a plus.
• Experience with data reporting tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit on-site customers and understand/execute/troubleshoot automation applications.
• Active engagement in service revenue business and customer support.
• Submit customers’ reports and site status in a timely manner.
