Job summary

Turnwell Engineers in Pimpri, Maharashtra seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to optimize processes and support new product launches. You will drive PFMEA, SPC, MSA, control plans, and APQP activities to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Experience with machining processes such as turning, milling, and VMC operations is beneficial. Collaboration with suppliers to develop tooling and components is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), control plans, and 8D reports for defect prevention.
• Develop new products by defining product requirements, creating specifications, and designing prototypes.
• Conduct APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Assist in development and launch of new products as per customer requirements and APQP guidelines
• Interact with suppliers for raw materials, bought-out components, and tooling development
• Exposure to machining processes (turning, milling, VMC operations)
