The ideal candidate will contribute to tread profile design, tire testing follow-ups, and defect analysis to minimize scrap, with added advantages in AutoCAD and ride dynamics understanding.

Qualifications

• Min 6–10 years of experience in the tyre industry.
• Familiarity with APQP systems.
• Experience with DFMEA and PFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Participating in VAVE project discussions with the CFT.
• Leading or supporting new product performance improvement projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (an added advantage).
• Understanding of ride and handling dynamics (an added advantage).
