Job summary

Mahindra Powerol in Pune (Chakan) is seeking an detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, create reports, and drive informed decisions in the Diesel Generator division.

The role involves developing MIS reports for sales, dashboards for management, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely forecasting and budgeting support. Strong Excel, Power BI and communication skills are required; prior manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduation in commerce, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; SAP knowledge at a basic level.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or power solutions is an advantage.
