In this role you will manage daily to annual MIS reports, develop dashboards, track key metrics across operations and recruitment, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Manager MIS & Data Analytics to manage and strengthen the organisation's reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and business intelligence functions. The individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate data management, generating actionable insights, tracking operational and business performance, and supporting management in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and manage Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual MIS reports.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and performance reports.
• Ensure timely availability and accuracy of data across all business reports.
• Track operational, recruitment, client, revenue and productivity metrics.
• Maintain centralised trackers and reporting databases.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews and business meetings.

Data Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Conduct trend analysis and root cause analysis on key performance indicators.
• Monitor recruiter productivity, recruitment funnel and hiring performance.
• Analyse client-wise performance and business metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Support forecasting and performance planning through data analysis.
• Work closely with management and different teams to understand reporting requirements.

Data Management & Process Improvement

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and confidentiality.
• Establish reporting formats and standard operating processes for data collection.
• Identify gaps in existing MIS processes and recommend improvements.
• Support the implementation and improvement of dashboards, analytics tools and reporting systems
