Job summary

Alpine Executive Search Mumbai seeks an experienced MEP/HVAC Project Manager in Hyderabad to lead planning, integration with design teams, and on-site installation management for construction projects.

You will drive budget estimation, schedule adherence, and compliance with codes, while advancing sustainable practices and ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and MEP/HVAC implementation on construction projects to meet specs and codes.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP/HVAC into design efficiently.
• Manage project budgets, estimating costs for materials, labor, and equipment; control costs.
• Plan and supervise MEP/HVAC installations to finish on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication among clients, contractors, and team for clear timelines.
• Ensure installations meet industry standards and comply with regulations.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP/HVAC services.
• Investigate and implement innovative MEP/HVAC technologies and sustainable practices.
• Set guidelines on project execution standards and ensure team adoption.
• Determine quality metrics for all execution procedures.
• Review irregular/nonstandard practices and suggest corrective actions.
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving total quality of execution.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

• 1 Oversee the project planning, implementation of MEP / HVAC systems on construction projects to ensure they meet all requirements such as specifications, codes and standards.
• 2 Collaborate with architects, engineers and construction teams to implement MEP / HVAC systems into the overall project design, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
• 3 Manage project budgets, including estimating costs associated with materials, labor, and MEP / HVAC equipment, and controlling costs within financial limits.
• 4 Plan and supervise MEP / HVAC system installations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and in accordance with project specifications.
• 5 Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure a clear understanding of MEP / HVAC requirements and project timelines.
• 6 Ensuring project installations meet the highest industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
• 7 Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP / HVAC services, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
• 8 Investigate and implement innovative MEP / HVAC technologies and sustainable practices to improve project efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and provide customers with state-of-the-art systems.
• 9 Set detailed guidelines on project execution standards and get implemented through the team.
• 10 Determine quality metrics for all project execution procedures.
• 11 Review on irregular / nonstandard practices and suggest corrective actions.
• 12 Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the total quality of project execution.
