Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance, safety and ISO activities for paper machines.
• Implement and monitor SAP PM module to manage maintenance workflows.
• Plan shutdowns and day-to-day preventive maintenance of paper machine equipment.
• Strive to reduce unplanned downtime through proactive maintenance.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and meet production targets.

• He supports in execution of Mechanical Maintenance activities the paper machines (Preferably Tissue Machine), Stock Preparation, Converting and Finishing House, Wear House. So as to achieve optimized running of machines and its connected equipment

Job Description

Key Roles :

• Jobs Planning and execution of all kind of activities connected to Maintenance , Safety and ISO activities , Implementation of SAP PM Module, Preventive & condition Monitoring Schedules.

Key Actions :

• Planning of Shutdowns, Day to day activities and Preventive maintenance activities of paper machine equipment.

Key Accountabilities :

• To reduce the Unplanned down time by incorporating the Proactive maintenance activities.
• Maintain the Safety in the section to meet Zero Incidents.
• To achieve production targets as per norms specified by organization.
• Must comply with all safety rules, awareness and strive to protect others from harm or injury.

Key Challenges :

• Safety measures to follow as per our company APL Policy ( Work permit system and LOTO)
• Increasing the OEM as per the norms of Organization by minimizing the down time and other losses like Finishing losses, steam, condensate, water & air
