GIFT City is seeking an Assistant Manager (Marketing & Events) to plan and execute social, cultural, and community engagement events for employees, residents, corporates, and visitors, strengthening the city’s brand as a vibrant global financial hub.

Plan concepts, calendars, venues, hospitality, and on-ground operations; coordinate with internal departments, partners, artists, and vendors; ensure cost control, approvals, and complete documentation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant event management experience; exposure to large-scale corporate or government events.
  • Diploma in Engineering; Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality, PR or related field; minimum 60% at graduation and higher studies.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social, cultural, recreational, and community engagement events across GIFT City.
  • Prepare concepts, event calendars, agendas, and action plans aligned with GIFT City’s brand and engagement objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics, venue setup, hospitality, stage management, and on-ground event operations.
  • Liaise with internal departments, GIFT City residents, corporate entities, and institutional partners for participation and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with artists, performers, service providers, cultural bodies, and event agencies.
  • Prepare cost estimates, ensure cost control, obtain approvals, and manage vendor documentation and closures.
  • Support event promotions, internal communication, social media engagement, and branding in line with GIFT City brand guidelines.
  • Ensure photography, videography, and documentation of key events.
  • Ensure required approvals, safety measures, and adherence to internal processes and procurement norms.
  • Maintain event reports, documentation, and post-event reviews for continual improvement.

The Assistant Manager (Marketing & Events) will be responsible for planning and executing social, cultural, and community engagement events at GIFT City. The position supports the creation of a vibrant and engaging ecosystem for employees, residents, corporates, and visitors, enhancing GIFT City’s brand as a lively and inclusive global financial hub.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering. Preferably Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality, PR, or related field. Minimum 60% in graduation and higher studies

Experience

3+ years of relevant event management experience; exposure to large-scale, corporate, public or government / PSU events preferred
