Job summary

PERSOL in Bengaluru is seeking a process engineering professional to design study and manufacturing feasibility and to collaborate with Engineering for manufacturing feasibility. This role involves MBOM definition and management, line balancing, process sequencing, BOP creation, and documentation such as PFD, PFMEA, CP & WIS.

You will also handle CAPEX estimation and RFQ-related activities on a busy production line.

Responsibilities

• Design study and manufacturing feasibility study
• Work collaboratively with Engineering for manufacturing feasibility
• Condition of supply definition, MBOM making and management
• Work content estimation, Line balancing
• Process sequence preparation, BOP making
• Process documentation like PFD, PFMEA, CP & WIS creation
• Equipment/Facility /tooling identification and CAPEX estimation
• RFQ preparation, ordering & installation of equipment
• Process and facility validation
• Vehicle build on line, issues resolution and making the process and facility ready for SOP
• ECN changes implementation on the line
• Inhouse logistics planning
