Job summary

SKH in Nashik is seeking a capable Process Engineer to plan, implement, and optimize production lines in new and existing projects.

You will drive 5S, Kaizen, VAVE initiatives, perform time studies, PFMEA reviews, and support new product launches on the assembly line.

Qualifications

• Experience in process planning for production lines.
• Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, VAVE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare process plans for new projects and update existing ones.
• Implement new lines per process plan.
• Prepare RFQ for fixtures, gauges.
• Procure and commission fixtures, tools and gauges.
• Prepare and update SOPs, PFD, PFMEA and PPAP docs.
• Plan manpower and conduct time studies.
• PFMEA review tracking vs actual.
• Maintain maintenance plans for fixtures and trolleys.
• Prepare packaging proposals for new projects.
• Update FTG as needed.
• Evaluate production stages and suggest cycle-time improvements.
• Be aware of 5S, Kaizen, VAVE.
• Involve in new product launches on assembly line.

• Preparing Process plan for new project as well as plan updating of old project.
• Implementation of new line as per process plan.
• RFQ Preparation for Assembly Fixture, Gauge.
• Fixture, Tool & gauge procurement and installation and ommissioning as per requirement.
• Preparation & updating of SOP, PFD, PFMEA & PPAP Documentation.
• Manpower planning.
• Time study.
• PFMEA Review plan Vs actual plan record.
• Fixture preventive maintenance plan & Checklist record.
• Trolley preventive maintenance plan & Checklist record.
• Preparation of Packaging proposal for new project.
• Preparation & Updating of FTG
• Carrying out evaluation of stages of Production line. And suggesting possible changes which reduce cycle time without affecting quality.
• Must Be aware about 5S, Kaizen, VAVE.
• Knowledge about process improvement tools.
• Involve in new Product launch in assembly line.
