Job summary

Etrade Marketing in Gurugram seeks an experienced legal and compliance professional to manage corporate compliance, board governance, and contract review. You will ensure adherence to Companies Act and ROC filings, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include drafting and vetting contracts, handling litigation with external counsel, maintaining statutory records, and keeping abreast of regulatory updates to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• LLB degree mandatory; CS certification preferred.
• 3–4 years of secretarial and legal experience.
• Strong drafting, litigation and compliance skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in contract structuring and assessing legal risk.
