Job summary

Data Security Council of India invites an experienced cybersecurity professional for the role of Assistant Manager/Manager – Cybersecurity Technology at NASSCOM Campus Noida. You will lead national initiatives at the intersection of cybersecurity, policy, and ecosystem development.

Responsibilities include managing programs from concept to execution, engaging with ministries, regulators, industry and academia, and delivering strategic reports to senior leadership and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a reputed institution.
• MBA or Postgraduate qualification from a recognized institute is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage national and strategic cybersecurity initiatives from conceptualization to execution.
• Conduct research and analysis on cybersecurity, digital trust, AI security, critical technologies, cyber resilience, and related developments.
• Drive project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Develop high-quality reports, concept notes, policy papers, whitepapers, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and government stakeholders.
• Engage with ministries, regulators, industry leaders, academia, startups, and international organizations to build collaborative programs.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support proposal development, funding opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Track emerging trends in cybersecurity, technology, and global policy to identify new opportunities and initiatives.
• Represent the organization in meetings, workshops, conferences, and working groups.

About the Role

Required Qualifications

Required Experience
