Job summary

Wsne Consulting in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking a Deputy Manager for Cyber Security with 5-8 years of experience to lead and support cybersecurity transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

You will assess capabilities, validate controls against NIST CSF / ISO 27001, and work with technology and business teams to strengthen cyber resilience. Proficiency with Microsoft Sentinel and KQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, cyber risk, governance, or transformation.
• Understanding of cybersecurity control frameworks and industry standards.
• Exposure to NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or equivalent frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and KQL for security analysis and control validation.
• Experience in security control reviews, risk assessments, or capability assessments.
• Knowledge of identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and application security.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cyber capability and security control assessments across technology environments.
